We offered services to membership bodies (including chartered institutions, trade unions, royal medical colleges, small insurance companies, building societies and more). The business grew from 4 clients at the end of its first year to 97 when I left in 2024, and the aggregate membership we \u2018represented\u2019 was in excess of 7 million in the UK alone.
